지메일로 메일 발송 안되는 현상 해결방법

내부 메일서버 사용중이고 지메일로 메일발송시 하기와 같은 메세지와 함께 반송되었습니다.

이 메세지는 저희가 G메일로 메일을 보낼 때 발생한 문제를 설명하는 메일 배달 실패 보고서입니다.

여기에서 주목해야 할 중요한 부분은 "Diagnostic-Code" 부분입니다.

 

Diagnostic-Code: "smtp; 550-5.7.26 This mail has been blocked because the sender is unauthenticated. 550-5.7.26 Gmail requires all senders to authenticate with either SPF or DKIM." 

이 부분은 이메일이 발신자가 인증되지 않았기 때문에 차단되었음을 나타냅니다.

 

 

Authentication results: "DKIM = did not pass" 및 "SPF [sejin02.com] with ip: [118.219.233.52] = did not pass" 

이 부분은 이메일의 DKIM과 SPF 인증이 실패했음을 나타냅니다.

DKIM(DomainKeys Identified Mail) 및 SPF(Sender Policy Framework)은 이메일 도메인의 유효성을 검증하기 위한 메커니즘입니다.

 

저는 이 메세지를 통해 저희 메일도메인의 SPF 레코드에 실제 메일주소와 SPF 레코드의 주소가 다른것을 확인하여 SPF레코드 수정을 통해 해결 완료하였습니다.

 

위와 같은 에러메세지는 SPF레코드 쪽을 점검해보시는것이 좋을 것 같습니다.
